RNT Paddock · for hotels, B&Bs and campsites

They come for the race. Give them the weekend.

RNT Paddock Race Weekend Service sends your guests the schedule, the entry list, live news, the results and a track guide, all under your name. You do nothing extra, and you never share a single guest address.

Why it matters

On race weekends, the Eifel fills up for one reason

On an NLS weekend or during the 24 Hours, your guests are not here for the spa. They want to know when the cars go out, where to stand, who is fast and how it ended. Right now they look that up somewhere else.

With RNT Paddock, the answers arrive in their inbox, before, during and after the race, with your name at the top. It is the kind of welcome guests remember when they book next year.

What your guests receive

One race weekend, five short mails

Guests sign up themselves with a QR code at your reception or a link in their booking confirmation. From there, RNT-Motorsports does the work. In English or German.

What you get

Something the hotel next door does not offer

1

A real extra

A race service for your guests that most houses in the area do not offer, ready on day one.

2

No extra work

We write, send and update everything. You put the QR card at the desk and in your booking confirmation.

3

Your name, every mail

“Your race weekend updates, offered by” your house, at the top of every message.

4

Proof, not promises

After each season you see how many guests signed up and what they clicked.

Built for the Nürburgring

Made for the weekends the Eifel fills up

We start at the Nürburgring, where RNT-Motorsports is trackside all season: the NLS, the 24 Hours and the GT World Challenge. One service runs for every house at the same time, which is why it can stay simple for you.

Privacy

Your guest list stays yours

You never send us names or e-mail addresses. Guests sign up themselves and confirm their address by e-mail, and they can unsubscribe with one click. That keeps it simple under the GDPR, for you and for us.

Independence

You buy the service, not the news

Every mail is written by the RNT-Motorsports newsroom. A partnership never buys an article, a headline or a kinder race report, and partner listings are always marked as partners.

Who is behind it

Made by people who stand at the fence too

RNT Paddock comes from RNT-Motorsports, an independent motorsport news site with its own photographers at the Nordschleife, Spa and Zandvoort. We cover the NLS, the 24-hour races and the GT World Challenge from trackside, so the news your guests receive is ours, written in the paddock.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee per weekend or per season, or a commission per booking for partners. We are setting the prices together with our first partners for the 2027 season. Ask us for the founding terms.

Do my guests need to book through you?

No. The Weekend and Season passes work for all your guests, however they booked. Only the Partner pass includes bookings through RNT Paddock.

Are you the race organiser?

No. RNT Paddock is an independent news and editorial service from RNT-Motorsports. We do not organise the NLS, the 24 Hours or any other event, we are not linked to the organisers or the circuit, and we do not sell event tickets. The race weekend updates come from our newsroom.

Which languages?

English and German. Your guest picks the language when signing up.

Which circuits?

We start at the Nürburgring in 2027. Spa-Francorchamps and Zandvoort follow when the first season works.
