RNT-Motorsports publishes motorsport news, results and analysis. This page explains what you can and cannot expect from what we publish. It sits alongside our editorial policy, which describes how we work.

We aim for accuracy, and we correct what we get wrong

Everything we publish is checked against official sources where those exist: series noticeboards, stewards’ decisions, entry lists, timing documents and team or manufacturer communications. Motorsport moves quickly, results are often provisional before they are amended, and schedules change. Information on this site is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication and may be overtaken by later events.

If you find an error, tell us through our contact page. We correct factual mistakes and say what we changed.

We are independent and not affiliated with any series or team

RNT-Motorsports is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, SRO Motorsports Group, the ADAC, the ACO, any championship organiser, any team or any driver. Nothing on this site should be read as an official statement from any of them.

Formula 1, F1, Grand Prix and related marks are trade marks of Formula One Licensing BV. Other series names, team names, manufacturer names and logos referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting purposes only.

Opinion is labelled as opinion

Our articles separate reporting from comment. Where a piece contains our own view, it appears under its own heading and is written as our assessment rather than as fact. Those passages are opinion and should be read as such.

Photography and other material

Photographs are credited to their photographer or supplier. Where images come from a manufacturer, team or series media service, that is stated in the caption. If you believe material on this site has been used without the right permission, contact us and we will deal with it promptly.

We link to official documents, results and other publications where it helps the reader. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement.
